The Press Office of the President of the Republic of Colombia hereby informs:

1. Due to internal political problems, President Rafael Correa wishes to cause confusion among the people of Ecuador instilling nationalism against Colombia, when the real problem has been its permissiveness with the Farc terrorist group, which is a threat to the people of Colombia and Ecuador.

2. There were complaints from the Armed Forces of Ecuador, as they were not authorized to persecute the Farc terrorist group.

3. This fact was known by the many sources which also allowed for the Farc terrorist camp of "Raul Reyes" to be located.
