Bogotá, Nov. 19 (OP). The Colombian State will inform the United Nations Organization – U.N.- and the Organization of American States – OAS -, the blowing up of two border pedestrian Bridges, built by the Colombian-Venezuelan community near the Ragonvalia municipality, in the Department of Norte de Santander, in an action carried out by the Venezuelan National Guard.

This event constitutes a unilateral and aggressive act against the civil population and the border communities and does not consider the diplomatic channels in place.
