The legal entity abroad requiring a company’s certificate of existence and legal representation,
must request it before the relevant Colombian Consulate.
Requirements:
- Document of Incorporation of the Company whereby the name of partners, contributions, legal representation and term appear, complying with the relevant legal formalities.
- Certificate of existence and legal representation of the Company, issued by the relevant authority from the country in which it was registered, according to legal regulations established in that country on that matter.
- Valid I.D. document from the Legal Representative of the Company.
